4. WhatsApp Communications
We use WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) as our primary booking channel. When you message us via WhatsApp, your data is processed by Meta under their Privacy Policy. We only use WhatsApp messages to process your booking and communicate about your rental. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only with:
- Turkish traffic authorities — as required by law for vehicle registration records
- Insurance providers — for claims processing
- Vercel Inc. — our website hosting provider (servers in EU/US with SCCs in place)
- Google LLC — analytics only (anonymised IP; you may opt out via browser settings)
6. International Transfers
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for GDPR compliance. Your data may also be processed by WhatsApp/Meta in the USA under their SCCs.

Our service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
